Patrice Irving
Ms. Irving is the founder of CPM Consulting Services, Inc.; she is an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager with a strong background in Architecture with over 15 years of experience. She has a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion. Ms. Irving possesses the ability to coordinate trades, build partnerships and work collaboratively with architects, engineers, vendors and local officials to ensure the timely and cost certainty completion of a project. She provides expertise in team building, leadership, and quality control management to every project.

Kristy McAllister
Kristy McAllister is a designer with over 15 years of experience as an architectural professional, with a strong focus on project management of design projects. As an integral part of the design team for luxury brands Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and most recently Milly and Tishman Speyer, she has designed and managed several key retail spaces. She recently received her master's from Pratt Institute in Sustainable Environmental Systems. This degree has expanded her extensive design background by gaining more insight into the connection between sustainable communities, city planning, and public art. Some of her recent jobs include designs for pop-up shops, music events, and art installations.

Tyrone Wells
Mr. Wells in a licensed engineer and LEEP AP who has been in the construction/design industry since for over 10 years with combined years of experience in the design and construction of various MEP projects, particularly in the building services division. Mr. Wells’ list of projects includes designing MEP systems for different types of facilities including but not limited to residential and commercial buildings, healthcare, educational facilities, and places of worship, as well as managing the construction of large-scale projects. Mr. Wells can manage projects from the schematic phase to the construction document phase, perform construction administration on said projects and is remarkably familiar with the construction industry codes, standards, rules, and regulations.
